1. Please make sure to include on the application a two-year landlord history for anyone going on the loan. Landlord information must include the name and telephone number of each respective landlord.



Section IV. EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION

1. Please make sure to include on the application two-years of employment history for anyone going on the loan. Employment information must include the name, address and telephone number of each respective employer.



Section V. MONTHLY INCOME & COMBINED HOUSING EXPENSE INFORMATION

1. Your salary divided by 12 months. If paid hourly, the average number of hours worked per week times 52 weeks divided by 12 months.

2. Don't forget to include your current monthly rent on the right hand portion of this section.



Section VI. ASSETS AND LIABILITIES

1. "Cash deposit towards purchase held by" refers to the amount of Earnest Money paid to the builder.

2. List all checking and savings accounts along with currrent balances.

3. List any 401(k) or retirement information.

4. Year and model of any cars owned.

5. Leave blank.

6. We can pull this information from your credit report and often the balances are more current, so leave blank.
